Frame
Structure
The frame is a tie rod bolted split
structure
which ensures high levels of rigidity
& accuracy.
The four tie rods are hydraulically pre
stressed providing high rigidity.
An ideal distance between suspension
points is provided that results in a
structure,
which remains highly rigid even when
the
press is eccentrically loaded. The
extremely rigid, quadrilaterally
symmetrical
frame maintains a high degree of dynamic
accuracy.
Slide and Slide Guide
8-point square preloaded guides are
adequate in length, rigidity and
accuracy, so that the degree of longitudinal
and
transverse movement of the dies is very small, contributing to a long die life.

Adjusting Mechanism
A die height digital read-out is provided
on
the front surface of the press to display
the
die height in units of 0.1 mm.
An adjusting motor is provided to
ease adjustment in selected models.

Vibration
Resistant Construction
Dynamic
balancers are mounted to balance the
inertia of the slide, and a spring damping
mechanism is adopted to minimize
vibrations.
Minimal
Total Clearance
The total clearance is less than half as
compared to conventional machine of
this type and
accuracy meets GRADE 1
standards of JIS and other equivalent
international standards. For
this
reason, the amount of breakthrough
experienced is minimal, and wear of
the dies is
kept to a very low level. Special Class accuracy is provided
on demand.

An oil tank is provided in bed, and a
large amount of lubricating oil is
supplied to various oiling
points. At the
same time, consideration has been given to
ensure that a thermal balance is
achieved.
