PRESSMASTER "TMX" Series Torcmatic Single Action Cross Shaft (Front to back shaft). Single Point Suspension, G Frame, Open back. Double Geared reduction Press, Thermally Stress relieved, having steel plate fabricated structure, complete with motorised slide adjustment, automatic lubrication, hydraulic overload safety devices, pneumatic slide balancer, single DISC pneumatic combined clutch and brake with hydraulic power pack and electricals comprising electric motors, electro-pneumatic safety controls.
Features

The Tormatic Drive
The Pressmaster Torcmatic drive is a modular constructed double reduction inters changeable speed reducer transmitting high torque thought the kinematic Chain.  

Press delivers rated press tonnage at higher point above BDC enabling thicker blanking and heavy forming operations.  
The precision engineered drive result in low operating noise and vibration.  
Forced feed lubrication to all gears, ensures long life and enhances durability of the press.

Rigidity
            The high rigid frame of the press is designed to ensure that there is a minimum level of :

Angular deflection under stamping load.  
 Frame deflection and elongation.
The thick bolster minimizes deflection, which result in providing a sufficient 
margin for operation that require high accuracy.  

Slide Guideways 
The structure is bilaterally symmetrical and the six face guide way provide full length support to slide to minimize left to  right  and front to back  movement , as well as rotational tendency of the slide during operations resulting in prolonged die life.  

Lowest Overall Clearance
On the TMX  presses low clearance is achieved by accurately machined torque transmitting parts, particularly the joints, connecting crank, connecting rod, ram screw and slide. The overall clearance is less than half of conventional presses, which reduces breakthrough and other stresses associated with punching,
All this result in :

 Substantially prolonged die life.  
Noise level is reduced to a minimum.  

High accuracy of points and torque-transmitting portions are easily maintained     improving the durability of the press.  

Press and Operator Safety
A Hydraulic overload device is standard. The overload  device responds instantaneously and positively to overload condition to return oil pressure to zero
Should the press get jammed and stick at BDC the oil pressure can be manually released to remove jam.   
Photoelectric safety guards and dual solenoid valve protect operator from accident.
